Power Pages
Power Pages: secure external portals for customers, suppliers and partners.
Power Pages is Microsoft's platform for building external-facing websites and portals — connected directly to Dataverse, so a customer or supplier can submit information, check status or access documents without anyone re-entering it internally.
Plain English
What is Power Pages?
A low-code platform for building secure, public-facing websites backed by Dataverse. It handles authentication, role-based access and forms out of the box, so external users can interact with your data directly instead of going through email.
Scope
What we build with Power Pages.
Every engagement is scoped to a specific process. These are the components that make up the work.
01
Supplier onboarding portals
Writing straight into your operational systems instead of an email-and-spreadsheet intake process.
02
Customer self-service
Order status, document access and service requests, without a phone call or email.
03
Partner-facing forms
Connected directly to Dataverse or a connected system, replacing manual intake.
Is this you?
Signals that this is the right place to start.
If two or more of these are true, there is usually a measurable case for change.
- Supplier or customer onboarding runs entirely over email
- External parties chase you for status updates that already exist in your system
- A public-facing form needs to write directly into Dataverse or a connected system
FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Is Power Pages secure enough for external users?
Yes — it's built for exactly this. Authentication, role-based access and data permissions are handled natively, so external users only ever see what they're entitled to see.
Do we need a separate website for this, or does it replace our main site?
Power Pages typically sits alongside your main website as a dedicated portal — for supplier onboarding or customer self-service — rather than replacing your marketing site.

Where this gets applied.
System integration
Connect ERP, CRM, MES, PLM and finance systems so information moves automatically — without replacing the platforms you depend on.
Workflow automation
Replace email chains, spreadsheets and manual re-keying with governed workflows that route, approve and record work automatically.
Where we are with it
A newer capability for us.
We build Power Pages portals on the same Dataverse foundations behind our automation and app work, and we scope them the same way: one external process at a time, with a named owner and a clear definition of what an external user may see. It is a newer part of our practice than automation or reporting, so we are happy to talk it through openly before anyone commits to a build.
Bring us the process that is slowing you down.
A 30-minute discovery call is enough to work out whether automation is the right answer, and what it would take.
