Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Inturing collects through this website, how we use it and how to ask us to change or delete it.

Last updated 24 August 2026

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or complete the automation maturity assessment we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company name, the operational challenge you describe, your indicated timeframe and your assessment responses.

We also collect standard technical information through our website and marketing platform, including pages visited, referring source and approximate location derived from your IP address.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, arrange a discovery call and prepare a recommended next step. We use assessment responses to generate your maturity result and roadmap, and to inform the conversation that follows.

If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may send occasional operational automation insights. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your enquiry content for any purpose other than serving you.

Where it is stored

Enquiry and assessment information is stored in our customer relationship management platform (HubSpot) and in Microsoft 365. These providers store data on infrastructure that may be located outside Australia, and both are contractually bound to protect it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; core site functionality will continue to work.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for as long as we have an active or reasonably anticipated business relationship, and for a period afterwards to meet record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
