Power Automate
Power Automate: the automation engine behind the workflows we build.
Power Automate is Microsoft's low-code workflow engine — it moves data and triggers actions between the systems you already run, without a developer rebuilding your ERP's plumbing every time a process changes.
Plain English
What is Power Automate?
A cloud service that watches for a trigger — an email arrives, a record is created, a form is submitted — and runs a defined sequence of steps in response: approve, notify, update a record, generate a document. It replaces the manual 'someone checks the inbox and re-types it' step.
Scope
What we build with Power Automate.
Every engagement is scoped to a specific process. These are the components that make up the work.
01
Approval routing
Requests route to the right approver with delegation and escalation built in, and the outcome is written back to the source system.
02
System-to-system data sync
The glue between ERP, CRM and Microsoft 365, so the same record doesn't get typed in twice.
03
Exception handling in Teams
Automation handles the standard path. Anything unusual surfaces to a named person in Teams with the context to act on it.
04
Scheduled and triggered document generation
Purchase orders, confirmations and reports generated automatically on a trigger or schedule.
Is this you?
Signals that this is the right place to start.
If two or more of these are true, there is usually a measurable case for change.
- Approvals live in email and stall when someone is on leave
- The same data is entered into two or more systems
- Spreadsheets are used to track work between departments
- Nobody can say where a job, order or request currently sits
FAQ
Questions we get asked.
Does Power Automate replace our ERP or CRM?
No. It connects to the systems you already run and moves data between them. Replacing a working ERP or CRM is rarely the fix — the manual steps around it usually are.
What happens when something goes wrong in an automated flow?
A properly built flow surfaces failures rather than failing silently — a named person is alerted in Teams or email with enough context to resolve it, and failures are logged for review.
